East Moline Community Fund

In 2011 Bob Baecke, Bill Phares, Doug Reynolds, and Ben Ryan Jr. created the East Moline Foundation to bring resources to those in need. Now known as the East Moline Community Fund, the endowed fund benefits the greater East Moline community through annual grants for nonprofits.
